Bookable Event Spaces
Located in the iconic Deloitte Summit Building at the eastern gateway to downtown. Across from Amazon’s Vancouver expansion and alongside the regions’ largest tech employers including Microsoft, SAP, Fujitsu’s Global AI headquarters, as well as the city’s vibrant start-up and mid-size tech community.
Spanning three floors, Northeastern University in Vancouver offers premium facilities for special events, conferences, or meetings throughout the year for qualified external partners.
Multi-use Spaces
Event Space
The Event Space is a large open space with natural light from floor to ceiling windows on the 14th floor. The space can be transformed into a variety of room setups to suit your needs including guest speaker panel, training session, presentation, booth display, and standing reception. The space can be made private with a glass partition wall.

Classrooms
Classrooms can accommodate a variety of set-ups including theatre style, group pods, or U-shaped configurations.
Classroom technologies are MS Teams-based and include scribe cameras at the whiteboard, front and back monitors for hybrid activities, and ceiling speakers and microphones.
